1. 我们处理的信息

• 你保存的内容：角色名称、头像、描述、规则、来源资料，以及相关设置和使用记录，用于建立和管理你的角色库。
• 你提交给 AI 的内容：提取规则时提交的角色描述；检查时提交的文字及所选角色的名称和相关规则；生成角色资料时输入的名称、作品或版本信息。检查还会发送用于解释结果的语言；头像不会发送给 AI 服务。
• 购买信息：购买状态及恢复购买所需的信息，用于提供 Pro 权益。使用在线 Pro 功能时，我们会验证购买凭证。支付由 Apple 处理，我们不接收你的完整支付卡号。
• 请求保护信息：在线服务使用随机安装标识、IP 地址及必要的购买信息验证访问并防止滥用。这些验证信息不会加入 AI 提示词或搜索查询。
• 服务运行信息：使用在线功能或访问本网站时产生的 IP 地址、请求时间、服务状态及用量信息，用于提供服务、处理故障和防止滥用。
• 支持信息：你联系我们时主动提供的邮箱、问题描述及附件，用于答复和处理请求。

2. 信息的使用目的

我们仅为提供角色管理、规则提取、对话检查、资料生成、同步和购买服务，维护服务安全，以及处理支持请求和履行法律义务而使用相关信息。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不将角色资料或输入文字用于广告定向。

角色库主要保存在你的设备上。使用本地编辑或键盘输入，并不会自动将这些内容发送给 AI 服务。

3. AI 功能与第三方服务

AI 功能为可选功能。你主动使用时，完成该功能所需的提交内容会由在线服务及相关服务商处理。角色资料生成还会使用你输入的查询信息检索公开资料。请只提交你有权使用的信息，避免包含密码、支付资料或不必要的敏感个人信息。

使用在线 AI 前，你需要阅读 App 或键盘内的数据分享说明，了解发送内容、用途和接收方，并单独选择允许分享。接受用户协议或开启键盘“完全访问”不代表同意 AI 数据分享；拒绝分享后仍可使用本地角色管理及文字输入功能。告知内容发生重大变化时，我们会重新征求同意。你可以在设置中的 AI 数据分享入口撤回同意；此后停止新的云端请求并丢弃待处理结果，但无法收回已发送的信息。

• 免费对话检查：Cloudflare 通过 Workers AI 处理你主动提交的草稿、所选角色的名称和规则及解释语言，以检查角色一致性；识别出的 OOC 文字会先排除。
• 付费 AI 与资料检索：Cloudflare 将完成该功能所需的内容经 OpenRouter 交给 OpenAI。描述分析提交你选择的角色描述以建议规则；检查提交草稿、角色名称和规则及解释语言；角色资料查询提交名称及可选作品或世界观，并将生成的检索词交给 Exa 搜索公开资料。头像和完整角色库不会发送给 AI。
• 在线服务运行：Cloudflare 处理在线 AI 请求，并接收安装标识、连接信息及按需提供的购买验证信息，用于授权请求、防止滥用和维护服务安全。这些验证信息不会加入 AI 提示词或搜索查询。
• 购买与可选同步：Apple 处理支付；你开启 iCloud 同步时，相关角色资料会保存到你的 iCloud，并通过你的 Apple 账户同步。
• 网站访问：GitHub 提供网站托管服务，可能处理访客的连接信息。本网站不使用广告或访客追踪工具。

这些服务商可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理信息，其保留和使用规则见下方隐私政策。我们不会将你提交的文字用于训练我们自己的 AI 模型；第三方服务的数据保留及模型训练规则，请以其政策为准。取消操作或关闭 App 无法收回已经提交给在线服务的信息。

我们要求接收个人信息的第三方服务商通过适用的服务条款、数据处理协议及保护措施，提供与本隐私政策相同或同等的个人信息保护，包括限制处理用途和访问范围、保密义务以及适当的安全措施。我们对服务商的选择和数据分享负责；若服务商不能满足这些保护要求，我们将停止向其分享个人信息或调整相关服务。服务商的保留期及依法承担的义务可能不同，不代表所有服务商均零保留，也不免除本政策要求的保护义务。

4. 键盘与系统权限

StayIC 键盘用于文字输入、查看角色规则及主动发起对话检查。检查时会读取当前输入框可提供的文字；我们不会在后台收集你的输入历史或监控所有对话。部分 App 和安全输入框可能限制第三方键盘的使用。

键盘中的在线 AI 功能需要在 iOS 设置中开启“完全访问”。开启该权限不会自动上传你输入的全部文字。你可以随时关闭完全访问或移除 StayIC 键盘；这可能使相关键盘功能无法使用。

添加头像或导入资料时，我们仅处理你主动选择或提供的内容。

5. 同步、导出与分享

iCloud 同步由你选择开启。关闭同步会停止后续同步，但不会自动删除此前保存在 iCloud 或备份中的内容。

你主动导出或分享角色时，文件可能包含头像、描述、规则和来源资料，并交给你选择的接收方。请在分享前检查内容。你在其他 App、文件或服务中保存的副本，需在相应位置另行管理。

6. 保存期限与信息安全

StayIC 服务器不保存 AI 请求正文或宿主草稿，仅临时保留必要的安全验证记录，过期后清理。服务日志记录耗时、错误码及用量，不记录草稿正文或购买凭证。OpenRouter 的内容日志取决于适用的账户设置；OpenAI API 的滥用监测日志可能保留内容最长30天，具体适用其政策及例外；搜索服务商遵循自身保留政策。我们不承诺所有服务商均零保留。

你保存在设备上的角色资料会保留到你删除为止，备份和同步副本按你的相关设置保留。我们不会建立包含你的全部键盘输入历史的档案。支持通信及必要的服务运行记录仅在处理请求、维护安全或履行法律义务所需的期间保留。第三方处理的信息按其政策和适用规则保留。

我们采取合理的保护措施防止未经授权的访问、泄露或滥用，但任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保护设备和 Apple 账户。

7. 你的选择与权利

你可以编辑或删除角色、导出资料、停止使用 AI、关闭 iCloud 同步，并在 iOS 设置中管理键盘权限。删除 App 不会自动取消订阅，也不一定删除 iCloud、备份、已分享文件或第三方保留的信息；请在相应服务中管理这些内容。

依适用法律，你可以请求访问、更正或删除我们持有的个人信息，提出限制处理、撤回同意或其他隐私请求。请通过 zlhibari@gmail.com 联系我们。我们可能需要必要的信息核实请求，但不会要求你提供密码或完整支付资料。撤回同意不影响撤回前依法进行的处理。

8. 未成年人

未成年人应在监护人的指导和依法需要的同意下使用 StayIC。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。监护人认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息时，可联系我们协助处理。

9. 政策更新与联系

我们可能随功能或法律要求变化更新本政策，并在本页标明日期。涉及重大变化时，我们会依法提供通知，并在需要时重新征求同意。

1. Information we process

• Content you save: Character names, avatars, descriptions, rules, source references, settings and usage records, to create and manage your library.
• Content you submit to AI: Descriptions for rule extraction; text, the selected character’s name and relevant rules for checks; and names, works or versions for character profile generation. Checks also send an explanation language inferred from the draft, or the device language when needed. Avatars are not sent to AI services.
• Purchase information: Purchase status and information needed to restore purchases and provide Pro access. We verify purchase receipts when you use online Pro features. Apple processes payments. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Request protection: Online services use a random installation identifier, IP address and necessary purchase information to verify access and prevent abuse. This verification information is not included in AI prompts or search queries.
• Service information: IP addresses, request times, service status and usage information arising from online features or website visits, to deliver the service, resolve problems and prevent abuse.
• Support information: Your email address, message and attachments that you choose to send when contacting us.

2. How we use information

We use relevant information to provide character management, rule extraction, dialogue checks, profile generation, sync and purchase services; maintain security; respond to support requests; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use character content or typed text for targeted advertising.

Your character library is primarily stored on your device. Local editing and keyboard typing do not automatically send that content to AI services.

3. AI features and service providers

AI features are optional. Before sharing, you must review the disclosure in the app or keyboard, which identifies the data, purposes and recipients, and separately choose to allow AI data sharing. Accepting the Terms of Use or enabling keyboard Full Access does not grant AI consent. You can decline and continue local character management and typing. We will seek renewed consent when the disclosure changes materially. You can withdraw consent in Settings → AI data sharing; new cloud requests stop and pending results are discarded, but information already sent cannot be recalled. When you choose to use them, the content needed for the feature is processed by online services and the relevant providers. Profile generation also uses your query to search public sources. Submit only information you have permission to use, and avoid passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

• Free draft checks: Cloudflare Workers AI processes the draft you ask to check, the selected character’s name and rules, and the explanation language, to check character consistency. Recognized OOC text is excluded before submission.
• Paid AI and research: Cloudflare sends the content needed for the feature through OpenRouter to OpenAI. Description analysis submits your selected description to suggest rules; checks submit the draft, character name and rules, and explanation language; character lookup submits the name and optional work or universe, and generated search queries are sent to Exa to search public sources. Avatars and your entire character library are not sent to AI.
• Online service operation: Cloudflare processes online AI requests and receives an installation identifier, connection information and, when needed, purchase verification data, to authorize requests, prevent abuse and secure the service. This verification data is not included in AI prompts or search queries.
• Purchases and optional sync: Apple processes payments. If you enable iCloud sync, relevant character data is stored in your iCloud and synced through your Apple account.
• Website visits: GitHub hosts this website and may process visitor connection information. This website does not use advertising or visitor tracking tools.

These providers may process information outside your country or region. Their retention and use practices are described in the policies below. We do not use your submitted text to train our own AI models; third-party retention and model-training practices are governed by their policies. Cancelling an action or closing the app cannot recall information already submitted to an online service.

We require third-party service providers that receive personal information to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this Privacy Policy through applicable service terms, data processing agreements and safeguards, including limits on processing purposes and access, confidentiality and appropriate security measures. We remain responsible for selecting providers and sharing data; if a provider cannot meet these protection requirements, we will stop sharing personal information with it or adjust the relevant service. Provider retention periods and legal obligations may differ. This does not mean all providers offer zero retention or remove the protection obligations required by this policy.

4. Keyboard and system permissions

The StayIC keyboard supports typing, viewing character rules and checks that you initiate. A check reads the text available in the active input field. We do not collect your typing history in the background or monitor all conversations. Some apps and secure fields may restrict third-party keyboards.

Online AI features in the keyboard require Full Access in iOS Settings. Enabling this permission does not automatically upload everything you type. You can turn it off or remove the StayIC keyboard at any time; related keyboard features may then be unavailable.

When adding an avatar or importing material, we process only the content you choose or provide.

5. Sync, exports and sharing

You choose whether to enable iCloud sync. Turning it off stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete existing iCloud data or backups.

When you export or share a character, the file may include the avatar, description, rules and references and is sent to the destination you choose. Review its contents before sharing. Copies saved in other apps, files or services must be managed there separately.

6. Retention and security

StayIC does not save AI request bodies or host drafts on its server. Necessary security verification records are kept temporarily and removed after expiry. Service logs record request timing, error codes and token usage, not draft content or purchase receipts. OpenRouter content logging depends on the applicable account settings. OpenAI API abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days, subject to its policies and exceptions; search providers follow their own retention policies. We do not promise zero retention across all providers.

Character content stored on your device remains until you delete it; backups and sync copies follow your settings. We do not maintain a record of your entire keyboard typing history. Support correspondence and necessary service records are kept for the time needed to handle requests, maintain security or meet legal obligations. Third-party information is retained according to the relevant provider’s policies and applicable rules.

We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and misuse, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and Apple account.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete characters, export data, stop using AI, turn off iCloud sync and manage keyboard permissions in iOS Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription or necessarily remove iCloud data, backups, shared files or provider-held information. Manage these through the relevant services.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, restrict processing, withdraw consent or make other privacy requests. Contact zlhibari@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify your request, but will not ask for passwords or full payment details. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing that took place beforehand.

8. Children

Minors should use StayIC with a parent or guardian’s guidance and any consent required by law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us can contact us for assistance.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change and will date updates on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice and seek renewed consent where required.
