1. 服务内容

StayIC 是辅助角色创作与对话表达的工具，提供角色资料编辑、规则整理与提取、AI 辅助对话检查、角色资料生成、导出分享及键盘功能。部分功能需要网络、系统权限或 Pro 权益，以 App 内实际提供的功能和说明为准。使用基本功能无需注册独立 StayIC 账号。

2. 使用资格与软件许可

你应具备适用法律要求的使用资格。未成年人应在监护人指导及依法需要的同意下使用服务和进行购买。我们许可你在遵守本协议的前提下使用 StayIC；软件及其名称、图标和界面等权利仍归各自权利人所有。

下载和使用 App 还受适用的软件许可约束；未另行提供自定义许可时，适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。本协议不限制你依法享有的强制性消费者权益。

3. 你的内容与知识产权

你保留对自己内容原有的权利。我们仅在完成你主动请求的功能所必要的范围内处理这些内容。涉及向第三方 AI 分享时，还须取得你在 App 或键盘中单独作出的数据分享同意；本条不替代该同意。使用 StayIC 不代表你将内容所有权转让给我们。

请确保你上传、导入、检查或分享的文字、头像和资料具有必要的使用权限，并尊重他人的隐私、著作权、商标及其他合法权益。生成或检索角色资料不授予第三方作品或角色的使用许可，也不代表 StayIC 获得其创作者认可。

导出和分享前请检查文件内容，并自行判断接收对象和使用范围。建议为重要资料保留适当备份。

4. AI 辅助功能

在线 AI 为可选功能。发送前，App 或键盘内的告知会说明提交的数据、用途及 Cloudflare、OpenRouter、OpenAI、Exa 等相关接收方，并单独征求你的同意。你可以拒绝，或在设置 → AI 数据分享中撤回同意；撤回会停止新的 AI 请求，但无法收回已发送的数据。本地保存、编辑和键盘输入不因拒绝而停用。具体的数据处理与保护措施见隐私政策。

AI 生成的描述、规则和检查建议可能不准确、不完整，或不适合你所采用的作品版本与创作情境。请在保存、应用或分享前自行核对；检查结果不构成对角色设定或对话正确性的保证。

在线 AI 功能需要网络，可能因维护、负载或第三方服务故障暂时不可用。你应仅提交有权提供的内容，相关信息的处理见隐私政策。

5. 免费使用与 Pro

所有用户，包括终身 Pro 和订阅用户，均有每日免费对话检查额度，当前标准为每天 5 次。月付或年付订阅另包含每月 500 次付费 AI 对话检查，以及每月合计 10 次角色资料生成与描述规则提取。角色查询与规则提取共用该月度额度，不计入每日免费检查额度。未使用的额度不会累积到下一周期。

月度 AI 额度按购买日期对应的每月周期重置，并在本设备分别记录；切换或重新购买方案不会自动清空已用次数。具体权益、可用额度和下次重置时间在购买前及 App 内展示。额度调整不会抹去已有用量；涉及付费权益的重大变化将按适用法律提供通知及必要救济。

终身 Pro 为一次性购买的 Pro App 功能权益，包含每日免费检查，但不包含月度付费 AI 额度；付费 AI 检查、角色资料生成与规则提取需要另购有效的月付或年付订阅。

获得有效结果会使用一次相应额度，资料查询结果为“未找到”或“存在歧义”时也计入；失败、取消或未获得有效结果的操作不计入。保存、应用或导出已有结果不会重复扣次。对话检查另有单次长度限制，App 会在提交前提示；服务仍受合理使用和实际可用性限制。

6. 购买、续订与退款

月付和年付 Pro 均为自动续订订阅；终身 Pro 为一次性购买，无需续订。价格、币种、计费周期及适用优惠以 App 与 Apple 购买确认页面显示为准，费用由 Apple 账户支付。

自动续订订阅会在到期前按 Apple 的规则续订。若不希望续订，请至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时通过 Apple 账户订阅设置取消；取消后通常可使用至已付费周期结束。删除 App 不会取消订阅。

符合条件的已购权益可在 App 中使用“恢复购买”，并使用购买时的 Apple 账户。退款请通过 Apple 退款渠道申请，具体依 Apple 规则及适用法律处理。

终身 Pro 指一次购买、无需续订的 Pro 权益。若服务发生影响已购权益的重大变更，我们会依法提供通知及必要救济。

7. 使用规则

不得使用 StayIC 传播违法内容、侵犯他人权利、窃取个人信息、干扰服务正常运行，或通过欺诈及未经授权的方式获取付费权益。法律明确允许的行为不受本条限制。

为处理具体违规或安全风险，我们可以采取合理、必要的限制措施。你可以联系支持了解情况或提出异议。

8. 服务变更、停止使用与责任

我们可能为维护、改进或法律要求调整服务。对于影响使用或付费权益的重大变化，我们会依法提供必要通知和救济。

你可以随时停止使用，相关资料管理方式见隐私政策。停止使用或删除 App 不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。

我们会合理维护服务，但无法保证 AI 输出始终准确、网络服务永不中断或第三方服务始终可用。因使用服务产生的责任依适用法律确定，本协议不排除法律禁止排除的责任，也不影响法定质量保障、退款或其他消费者救济。

9. 协议更新与争议处理

本协议更新时会在本页标明日期；涉及重大变化时，我们会依法提供通知。争议应先通过联系支持尝试解决，你依法享有的投诉、诉讼及其他争议解决权利不受限制。

1. Our services

StayIC helps with character creation and dialogue. Features include character editing, rule organization and extraction, AI-assisted dialogue checks, profile generation, exports, sharing and a keyboard. Some features require a network connection, system permissions or Pro access. Available features and descriptions are shown in the app. Basic use does not require a separate StayIC account.

2. Eligibility and license

You must meet the requirements for use under applicable law. Minors should use the service and make purchases with a parent or guardian’s guidance and any legally required consent. We permit you to use StayIC subject to these terms. Rights in the software, name, icons and interface remain with their respective owners.

Your download and use are also subject to the applicable software license, including Apple’s standard End User License Agreement where no custom license is provided. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your existing rights in your content. We process it only as needed to perform the features you request. Sharing with third-party AI additionally requires your separate data-sharing consent in the app or keyboard; this clause does not replace that consent. Using StayIC does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You must have the necessary permission to upload, import, check or share text, avatars and references. Respect others’ privacy, copyrights, trademarks and other rights. Generating or searching for a profile does not grant rights in third-party works or characters, or imply their creators endorse StayIC.

Review exports before sharing and choose appropriate recipients and uses. Keep suitable backups of important material.

4. AI assistance

Online AI is optional. Before sharing, the disclosure in the app or keyboard identifies the submitted data, purposes and relevant recipients, including Cloudflare, OpenRouter, OpenAI and Exa, and asks for your separate consent. You can decline or withdraw consent in Settings → AI data sharing. Withdrawal stops new AI requests but cannot recall data already sent. Declining does not disable local saving, editing or typing. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and safeguards.

Generated descriptions, rules and check suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your chosen version or creative context. Review them before saving, applying or sharing. A check does not guarantee consistency with a character or that dialogue is correct.

Online AI requires a network connection and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, capacity or third-party outages. Submit only content you have permission to provide. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.

5. Free use and Pro

All users, including lifetime Pro and subscription users, receive a daily free dialogue-check allowance, currently five checks per day. Monthly or yearly subscriptions additionally include 500 paid AI dialogue checks per month and a shared total of 10 character profile generations and description-to-rule extractions per month. Profile lookup and rule extraction share that monthly allowance; they are not included in the daily free-check allowance. Unused allowances do not roll over.

Monthly AI allowances reset in monthly periods based on the purchase date and are recorded separately on this device. Switching or repurchasing plans does not automatically erase usage. Benefits, available allowances and the next reset date are shown before purchase and in the app. Allowance changes do not erase existing usage. Material changes affecting paid rights will be handled with notice and remedies required by applicable law.

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase of Pro app features and includes daily free checks, but no monthly paid AI allowance. Paid AI checks, character profile generation and rule extraction require a separate active monthly or yearly subscription.

A valid result uses the corresponding allowance, including a profile lookup that reports “not found” or an ambiguous match. Failed, cancelled actions or actions without a valid result do not count. Saving, applying or exporting an existing result does not count again. Dialogue checks also have a per-request length limit shown before submission. Reasonable-use requirements and service availability still apply.

6. Purchases, renewal and refunds

Monthly and yearly Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase without renewal. Price, currency, billing period and any offer are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Payments are charged to your Apple account.

Subscriptions renew under Apple’s rules before the current period ends. To avoid renewal, cancel through Apple account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Access generally continues through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore eligible purchases using Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple account used to buy them. Request refunds through Apple’s refund service, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

Lifetime Pro is a Pro entitlement purchased once without recurring renewal. Material service changes affecting purchased rights will be handled with notice and remedies required by law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use StayIC to distribute unlawful content, infringe rights, steal personal information, disrupt the service or obtain paid access through fraud or unauthorized means. This does not restrict uses expressly protected by law.

We may take reasonable and necessary measures to address specific violations or security risks. Contact support for information or to challenge a restriction.

8. Service changes, ending use and responsibility

We may adjust services for maintenance, improvement or legal requirements. For material changes affecting use or paid rights, we will provide notice and remedies required by law.

You can stop using StayIC at any time. See the Privacy Policy for managing your data. Stopping use or deleting the app does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions.

We reasonably maintain the service but cannot guarantee that AI is always accurate, online service is uninterrupted or third-party services are always available. Responsibility is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit statutory warranties, refunds or other consumer remedies.

9. Updates and disputes

We will date updates on this page and provide notice of material changes as required by law. Contact support first to try to resolve a dispute. Your statutory rights to complain, bring legal proceedings or use other dispute-resolution routes remain available.
